DSW
German National Association for Student Affairs
Student services organizations make a significant contribution to improving the conditions for students. The German National Association for Student Affairs (DSW) works to ensure that these conditions are met and is committed to the economic, social, health, and cultural support of students at German universities.
Founded in 1921, the association today brings together 57 student services organizations from across Germany. It represents the social interests of students and the interests of the student services organizations to policymakers, the public, and leading associations in higher education and research.
Since 2023, student services organizations across Germany have been networking through tixxt.
