Haus & Grund
The German Property Owners Association (Haus & Grund) is by far the largest association representing private homeowners, apartment owners, and landowners in Germany, with around 902,000 members. The federal association, headquartered in Berlin, is supported by 22 regional associations and more than 900 local chapters.
As a founding member of the Union Internationale de la Propriété Immobilière (UIPI), the umbrella organization of European property owners’ associations, Haus & Grund Germany also advocates for the protection of private property ownership within the European Union.
Since 2017, Haus & Grund members have been using tixxt to connect and collaborate.
