The association HessenChemie brings together 310 member companies with around 105,000 employees, with medium-sized enterprises particularly well represented. HessenChemie advocates for competitive and flexible market conditions, the safeguarding of Germany as an industrial location, and the preservation of the social market economy.

Another key focus of the association is education within the industry. HessenChemie is committed to further developing the dual training system to ensure a reliable supply of skilled workers for the future. In addition, the upskilling of existing employees is to be further advanced so that member companies become even more competitive going forward.
