UN-AVG

The Employers Association Niederrhein (UN-AGV) is the regional employers’ association for companies in the Lower Rhine region. It represents the common interests of its member companies in matters relating to labor, social, and collective bargaining law and supports them with expert advice, practical information, and targeted networking. As a collective bargaining partner, the association also accompanies its members in negotiations and assists them in developing successful employer strategies.

The association brings together various industry-specific employers’ associations and promotes exchange between companies from different sectors. Its services include legal assistance, organizational consulting, support in occupational science issues, and offers for further training and public relations. In this way, it strengthens the competitiveness and corporate responsibility of its members in the region.
